Kitchen scope covers custom cabinetry, layout design, countertops, backsplash, appliances, and fixtures. Every kitchen build is delivered under our Florida General Contractor license (CBC‑1268079) with all trades coordinated by our team.
What’s included in a bathroom remodel?
Bathroom scope covers showers, tubs, tilework, cabinetry, countertops, and premium fixtures. As the GC of record, we coordinate every trade from rough-in to final finish.
Does Nakamura handle new home construction and home additions?
Yes. New construction and home additions are both part of our residential scope, alongside renovations and full living-space remodels — framing, drywall, flooring, trim, layout reconfiguration, painting, and decorative finishes.
Does Nakamura have an in-house designer for residential projects?
Yes. Our team includes an in-house interior designer who collaborates on the design concept, material selections, and finish details throughout the build.
