About the Project
A South Florida home, finished with quiet elegance.
Clubside Elegance is a full home renovation in South Florida where Nakamura Contractors refreshed a single-story home with a classic, formal hand. Tray ceilings with layered crown molding, wall paneling, marble-look tile floors throughout, and a travertine walk-in shower in the bath.
The palette is warm and soft — cream and gold walls, white trim, polished stone underfoot. Chandeliers and recessed lighting set into the tray ceilings give the rooms a finished, formal calm.
Like every Nakamura build, one in-house team carried the project from the first room to the last fixture. Ceilings, millwork, flooring, and the bath, sequenced and delivered to a move-in standard, elegant and ready to live in.

How we built it
Three movements, one continuous build.

Survey & Plan
Walk the existing home, document what stays and what comes out, and plan the updates around how the family lives. Drawings and permits before the first surface is touched.

Strip & Update
Demolition where needed, plumbing and electrical updates, and surface prep for new tile, millwork, and ceilings. The unglamorous work the finish quietly depends on.

Finish & Deliver
Crown molding, tray ceilings, marble-look tile, the travertine shower, fixtures, and paint. Sequenced by the same in-house team end-to-end, with the punch-list closed before we hand over the keys.
