A South Florida home, brought up to date room by room.
Coastal Elegance is a full home renovation in South Florida where Nakamura Contractors refreshed a dated single-story home inside and out. A white shaker kitchen with stainless appliances and a subway-tile backsplash, marble-tiled bathrooms with quartz vanities and round mirrors, and wood-look flooring carried through the living spaces.
The palette stays light and clean — the easy, breezy feel a Florida home is meant to have. Carrara-look marble walls and floors in the baths, brushed-nickel fixtures, and a soft neutral paint scheme throughout.
Like every Nakamura build, one in-house team carried the project from the first room to the last fixture. Kitchen, baths, flooring, and finishes, sequenced and delivered to a move-in standard, elegant and ready to live in.

How we built it
Three movements, one continuous build.

Survey & Plan
Walk the existing home, document what stays and what comes out, and plan the updates around how the family lives. Drawings and permits before the first cabinet is pulled.

Strip & Update
Demolition where needed, plumbing and electrical updates, and surface prep for new tile and flooring. The unglamorous work the finish quietly depends on.

Finish & Deliver
Shaker cabinetry, marble tile, quartz counters, fixtures, and wood-look flooring. Sequenced by the same in-house team end-to-end, with the punch-list closed before we hand over the keys.
