Commercial Project · South Florida
Commercial Place
The build, up close.
Framing, partitions, and the structural work behind a commercial build-out.
About the Project
A commercial space, framed and partitioned from a bare shell.
Commercial Place is a commercial build-out in South Florida where Nakamura Contractors framed and partitioned a large interior. Metal-stud walls, drywall, and the structural layout that turns an open warehouse shell into a working commercial space.
Large-format work on a concrete slab under an exposed industrial ceiling. Stud walls set out the floor plan, partitions define the rooms, and the rough structure goes in before any finish.
Like every Nakamura commercial build, one in-house team handles the scope from the bare shell forward. Framing, drywall, and trade coordination, sequenced to keep the project on schedule.
From the People We Build For
Reviews from across Florida.
How we built it
Three movements, one continuous build.
-
Plan & Permit
Site walk, measurements, and a layout that works for how the space needs to operate. Drawings, sign-off, and permits before anything is framed.
-
Frame & Partition
Metal-stud framing, drywall, and the partitions that define the floor plan. Mechanicals and rough-in coordinated alongside the structure.
-
Finish & Deliver
Finishes, flooring, fixtures, and the punch-list. Sequenced by the same in-house team, with one supervisor end-to-end, delivered ready to operate.
Where we build
Residential and commercial projects across South Florida.
Nakamura Contractors builds throughout Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast. Whether the project is a build-out, a retail floor, or a custom home, we bring the same in-house team, the same standards, and the same patience from shell to delivery.
